What Are These Thin White Beeswax Taper Candles Perfect For

Strike a match, set it to the wick, and the room shifts before the first minute is gone. At roughly 30 minutes per candle, these slim white tapers are sized for moments with a clear beginning and end: a dinner party with the table properly laid, a wedding reception or bridal shower, a quiet engagement dinner, a New Year's Eve table, or a focused pause before the evening properly begins.

White reads as considered on marble, pale stone, and crisp linen alike. The slender 0.2-inch profile keeps the look clean rather than heavy, letting the soft candlelight do the work. Made from renewable beeswax with no added fragrance, they are a fragrance-free and pet-safe choice for any gathering where the setting matters.

Wedding receptions and bridal showers

6.3-Inch White Beeswax Taper Candle Details

The white shade here is not a coating. A certified German candle dye, made specifically for candle production, is worked into the wax during the dipping process so the color runs all the way through from the surface to the core. Trim the candle, burn it down, and the white holds. That consistency is a small thing, but it is the kind of small thing that matters when the table is meant to look a certain way. White this even and this quiet tends to read as deliberate rather than plain.

MaterialWax: 100% beeswax with a candle-grade German dye in white. Wick: 100% cotton. Contains no paraffin, no soy wax and no filler waxes.

How Our Family Makes Skinny Beeswax Taper Candles

Spanish beeswax becomes a Closterra slim taper at our family’s own candle facility in Lithuania, where each candle is shaped through repeated dipping by hand. The finished candles are carefully checked and packed by hand in the United States. Our family keeps the process close, with honest materials and careful attention at every step.

Trim the Wick
Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before lighting. A longer wick can produce a taller flame, smoke, and uneven burning.
Check the Holder
Use a sturdy, heat-resistant holder that fits the listed diameter and keeps the thin taper completely upright.
Avoid Drafts
Burn in a ventilated room, away from windows, fans, and vents. Moving air causes flickering, smoke, and dripping.
Keep Flames Apart
Place burning skinny tapers at least 3 inches apart. Keep them within sight and away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
Stop Before the Holder
Extinguish the candle before the flame reaches the holder. Use a snuffer and let the wax and holder cool before touching.
Store Flat and Cool
Keep unused tapers flat, away from heat and direct sun, so the slim wax does not bend.

6.3″ White Beeswax Taper Candles: Questions and Answers

With only about 30 minutes of burn time, is a set of 25 or more candles a practical buy?

It is, especially when the candles are meant for a table rather than a mantelpiece. A dinner party, a wedding reception, or a bridal shower can move through many candles in a single evening, and having a full set means every holder stays lit from the first course to the last. Buying in quantity also means you are ready for the next occasion without reordering.

How does this white actually look on a table, in daylight and once the candle is lit?

In daylight the white is clean and even, the kind of shade that sits quietly beside pale linen, marble, or glass without competing. Once the wick is lit, the flame warms the wax just enough that the white reads a little softer and creamier close to the flame, while the rest of the candle stays bright. Because the certified German candle dye runs all the way through, the color stays consistent as the candle burns down rather than fading toward a different shade at the core.
