Shipping & Delivery (USPS & UPS) — USA
• Free Shipping: Orders $50+ ship free via Standard/Ground to the contiguous U.S. (subtotal after discounts, before tax).
• Carriers: USPS and UPS. PO Boxes and APO/FPO ship via USPS.
• Processing Time: Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Estimated Transit Times:
• Standard/Ground: ~2–5 business days (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground)
• Expedited: ~2–3 business days (USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air)
• Express: ~1–2 business days
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Territories: Delivery may take longer; shipping rates are calculated at checkout (not eligible for free Ground unless shown at checkout).
• Address Issues: Please check your address carefully. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses once shipped.
• Damaged/Lost Parcels: Contact us within 7 days of delivery estimate with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll assist with a replacement or refund after a carrier claim.
• Order Changes/Cancellations: Possible before the order ships—contact us ASAP.
