Free Shipping

  • Orders of $50+ ship free via Standard/Ground to the contiguous U.S.
  • Subtotal is calculated after discounts, before tax.

Carriers & Destinations

  • We ship via USPS and UPS.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories may take longer; shipping rates are calculated at checkout (free Ground shipping may not apply).

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Estimated Transit Times

  • Standard/Ground: ~2–5 business days (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground)
  • Expedited: ~2–3 business days (USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air)
  • Express: ~1–2 business days

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

  • Please check your shipping address carefully.
  • Closterra is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).
  • We’ll assist with a replacement or refund after filing a carrier claim.
