Return Policy

At Closterra, we want you to love your candles and accessories. Here’s our policy to keep your experience smooth and transparent:

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused/unburned and in original packaging.
  • Sets must be returned complete.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or burned candles
  • Custom or bulk orders (50+ units)
  • Final-sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for another size, color, or style within 30 days. Replacements are shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • We’ll replace or refund once verified.
  • Note: Natural shade and texture variations of beeswax are normal and not defects.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where Closterra is at fault.
  • If your return drops your order subtotal below $50, we may deduct standard outbound shipping from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@closterra.com with the subject line:“Return Request #ORDERNUM”
We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

We can reship once the parcel returns to us; reshipping costs apply.
